Hey! I’m Lilian, and I can’t wait to meet you! I’m a NJ native and a high school teacher. My favorite ways to spend my time are with my family (dogs included), getting creative, playing games, and sharing my joy with friends. People describe me as sweet, patient, a clear communicator, a good listener, and a determined problem-solver.
My services are meant for you if you too want to prioritize family, friends, and the activities that bring you joy!
About Me
My Experience as Qualification to be YOUR VA
My daily life as a high school teacher has been deeply intertwined with organizational & administrative tasks. Daily fielding a full inbox, planning meetings within a rotating letter day schedule, and coordinating time with 4 co-teachers within a single school year. I also design digital lesson materials, making and applying curriculum with state & content objectives in mind, setting appropriate pacing, and coordinating the hand-off of physical materials between colleagues. I’ve tracked, input, and reported on student data for roughly 250 students. I provide timely communication to my colleagues, follow through on multiple projects with overlapping timelines, and lead with kindness & understanding.
Home Functionality Coaching
Believe me when I tell you that my room looked like a tornado ripped through it my entire childhood. My family and I would joke to each other, “look, I can see the floor again!” after we cleaned. Growing into my adulthood, my habits and challenges didn’t just go away. I learned & figured out to battle the chaos.
My mom & partner were always saying to me, “how did you clear that table off so fast?” I’ve shared what I now know with them. I’d love to share it with you, along with finding systems that make your physical space functional for you & your family.
Homes get messy when we live in them - that’s the nature of the world - but does any of this sound familiar to you?
Clothes strewn across chairs, overflowing from open drawers, piled in a mountain in the corner, covering the floor like a carpet, and/or no acceptable clean clothes anywhere to be found
It’s you partner frantically tossing clothes around and asking, “Honey, have you seen my interview shirt?”
It’s your kid running late in the morning and calling from the other room, “Mom, I can’t find my uniform for today’s game!”
It’s you getting out of the shower, opening a messy, cluttered drawer full of mismatched socks, pokey bras, & old bathing suits and thinking, “Ugh, I don’t have any clean underwear!”
It’s you getting ready for work and only then remembering, “Shoot, I needed that washed for today!”
Losing your keys, glasses, wallet, TV remote, earbuds … everything, everywhere, all the time
Tables covered in dishes, papers, and goodness-only-knows what else
A spare room or closet piled so very high with everything you could imagine, from luggage to pet supplies to work-related items
That one drawer (…or the many drawers) stuffed to the brim with odds and ends
The hobby items taking over your living room, overwhelming you visually, and weirdly making you avoid the hobby because that would mean you’d have to sort through that mess
“Where did the scissors go?”
“I can’t finish this until I find where I put that thing. I know it has to be here somewhere!”
“Ugh, it’s all tangled”
“I don’t know where to put any of this”
“This is such a weird shape/size to have to store” or “It’s too big/awkward to put away”
“If I step on this one more time, I swear I’m gonna lose it!”
Your home that seemed so spacious when you first moved in is now feeling so crowded you feel like you’re suffocating
Your paper pile is a mile high
“Some of it is sentimental! I get distracted by it and fall into reminiscing, or I get overwhelmed and don’t want to deal with it”
“I think that tax document I need is in there somewhere”
“Maybe I can just throw it all out, go off the grid, and forget about it”
“Half of this is probably spam mail anyway…”
“Ugh, where do I even put it all once I figure out what’s in this pile?”
If these feel familiar, I can help! Schedule your interest call today and get one step closer to peace of mind.
